What residential window-cleaning options are available?
Our residential options include exterior-only cleaning, exterior cleaning with screens, interior and exterior cleaning, and a full package with interior, exterior and screens.
What is included with residential window cleaning?
Basic hard water removal is included with exterior window cleaning. Basic track cleaning is included with interior residential window cleaning.
Do you clean screens?
Yes. Screen cleaning is available with the appropriate residential package. Qualifying new residential window-cleaning customers can also receive free screen cleaning with their first qualifying service.
Does every residential customer get 7-day rain protection?
No. The 7-day rain protection benefit is specifically for residential service-plan members.
What residential service-plan options do you offer?
Residential plans include Annual service at standard pricing, Biannual service with 10% off each cleaning, and Quarterly service with 15% off each cleaning. Residential plans include a 2-year price lock, automatic scheduling and 7-day rain protection. The Quarterly plan also includes 10% off additional services.

What does your gutter cleaning include?
Our gutter-cleaning service includes debris removal, downspout cleaning and a visual inspection for obvious gutter or drainage concerns.
Do new gutter-cleaning customers get a special offer?
Yes. Qualifying new gutter-cleaning customers receive downspout cleaning at no additional charge with their first qualifying gutter service.
What is the difference between house washing and pressure washing?
House washing uses a lower-pressure approach for siding and more delicate exterior surfaces. Pressure washing is used for durable surfaces such as concrete when higher pressure is appropriate.
Can every exterior stain be removed?
No. Some stains can be permanent or only partially removable. Specialty stains such as rust, oxidation and mineral deposits may require separate treatment, and we do not promise removal before evaluating the stain and surface.
Repairs, Replacements and Larger Projects
Do you only replace screen mesh?
No. We can replace damaged mesh when the existing frame is usable, or provide a full replacement screen when the frame is damaged, unusable or missing.
Do you work on sliding screen doors or offer pet-resistant mesh?
Yes. Sliding screen-door repair and replacement options are part of our screen service, and pet-resistant mesh is available when requested.
What types of commercial properties do you clean?
Our commercial window-cleaning service is built for offices, restaurants, retail locations, apartments, managed properties and other commercial properties.
Is construction window cleaning a separate service?
Yes. Construction window cleaning is quoted separately because the scope, access and jobsite conditions can be different. Construction service can be exterior-only or interior and exterior, frame and track cleaning are included, and our technicians are lift certified for projects that require boom-lift access.
Do commercial service plans include the residential rain benefit?
No. The 7-day rain protection benefit is a residential service-plan benefit. Commercial plans use a separate structure with a 4-year price lock.
What recurring commercial and storefront plans are available?
Commercial plans include Annual, Biannual and Quarterly service, with a 4-year price lock. Storefront plans are available every two months, monthly, every other week or weekly, also with a 4-year price lock.
