The Right Cleaning Method for the Right Surface.
House washing for siding and exterior surfaces, plus pressure washing for concrete, patios, walkways and other durable hard surfaces.

Soft Wash the House. Pressure Wash the Hard Surfaces.
We use lower pressure on siding and other delicate surfaces, and higher pressure on durable surfaces like concrete. The cleaning method depends on what we’re cleaning.
Lower Pressure + Surface-Appropriate Cleaning
Best suited to exterior surfaces where blasting with high pressure is not the right approach.
- Vinyl and aluminum siding
- Hardie board
- Stucco
- Brick and masonry surfaces where appropriate
- Wood or cedar with the appropriate cleaner and pressure
Cleaning for Durable Exterior Surfaces
Used where mechanical cleaning and higher pressure make sense for the material.
- Concrete driveways
- Sidewalks and patios
- Pavers and brick
- Decks
- Wood or vinyl fences
We Adjust the Wash to the Home.
The siding material, number of stories and amount of buildup all affect how we clean the exterior and price the job.

Driveways, Walkways and Other Hard Surfaces.
We price pressure washing based on the surface, square footage and condition of the area being cleaned.
We Match the Cleaning Method to the Surface.
Identify the Material
We look at siding, concrete, brick, wood, pavers or other material so the cleaning approach matches the surface.
Check the Condition
We look at buildup, staining, oxidation, the condition of the material and how easy the area is to access.
Use the Right Method
We choose the cleaning approach that makes sense for the surface instead of treating every material the same.
What is the difference between house washing and pressure washing?
House washing uses a gentler, surface-appropriate approach for siding and exterior walls. Pressure washing is used for more durable hard surfaces such as concrete and similar materials.
Can you clean driveways?
Yes. Driveway and concrete cleaning are part of our pressure-washing service.
Do you clean wood?
Wood requires a lower-pressure approach and different chemistry than vinyl or concrete. We assess the surface before quoting it.
Can every stain be removed?
No. Some stains are permanent or only partially removable. We quote stain treatment based on the type, age and surface instead of promising guaranteed removal.
